Every baby, every body, and every family is different. That is why each consultation is tailored entirely to your individual needs and goals. You will never be rushed or judged, just listened to, supported, and guided with kindness and clarity.

As a Registered Midwife and IBCLC lactation consultant, I provide evidence-based breastfeeding support that is practical, compassionate, and free from judgement. Consultations are available at Rose Clinic in Bray, through home visits across Wicklow and South Dublin, and online.

What can I help with?

Latch and positioning, sore or damaged nipples, engorgement, blocked ducts and mastitis, low or oversupply, hand expressing and pumping, breast refusal, feeding premature babies or babies with additional needs, oral function assessment, jaundice in breastfed babies, feeding multiples and tandem nursing, breastfeeding with illness, disability or while taking medication, induced lactation for non-birthing parents, concerns about weight gain, stool output or fussiness, and reassurance and emotional support during the postnatal period.

What is included?

Every consultation includes a personalised care plan tailored to you and your baby, along with follow up phone and email support. If additional in-person support is needed, a follow up consultation is available at €120 at home or €110 at clinic.

Where are consultations held?

Consultations are available at Rose Clinic in Bray, Co. Wicklow on Fridays, through home visits across Wicklow, South Dublin and North Wexford on a flexible basis including evenings and weekends, and online.
